Do you mean factory or DIY? There are plenty of conversions out there, and for good reason. The Cummins is a tough engine capable of huge #s.

Cummins/Ford rumors have been going round and round for years. It's just the same old mill.
By the way, Ford has been using Cummins for years now. You can find them in their medium duty trucks.
