Rotorpros

HAve any of you used them and with what kind of luck? I question because I need to do my front brakes and they are telling me that I can get all 4 rotors and ceramic pads for $400. They said that they use centric rotors and then cut them. I am just concerned as to what quality are they? Just the parts for the front cost more than $400 for quality parts anywhere else. Any feedback would be good.

I love my rotor pros. This is the second vehicle that I have had them on and no complaints from me. This is the first time that I have used their pads though and I'm not excited about them. I've called rotorpros and will let you know their response.

I haven't heard of them, but if you have any basic automotive skills pick up a Haynes Manual, you'd save allot of money.

The guys on the board here would give you some tips I'm sure.Just a thought.

Haven't done the rotors on my 06 yet but it wasn't hard on my 98...drums on the other hand I didn't do...db_tanker didn't like doing those either but he is a nice guy like that. Only thing I keep hearing about the 04-08 2wd is that our rotors are expensive compared to the 4wd. Did this trend continue with the 09+?

Doing the work yourself can save you half the cost of getting them done AND you can be sure of what parts you have stopping your truck.

I did some searching on rotorpros and it seems like most brands there are people swearing by them and other trashing them.

Bought front and rear rotors from them for my 2005 model about 115,000 miles ago.

Been happy with them. Slight warp now after all these miles, but no biggie.
Mine are drilled/slotted so no turning.
Good quality for the price.

I did not use their pads. Local purchase at Advance Auto.
