I just use my toolbox. Question: why are you not buying Diesel Kleen in the jugs? It is quite a bit cheaper to do so.

What size lag bolts, what size are the slots and I have some 1/2" schedule 40 pvc pipe, is that what you used?

Thanks,

Sorry, just got back from fishing the Sierra this weekend.

None of these details are set in stone, but I believe the lag bolts were 1/4", and the tubing over the bolts is probably just 1/4" I.D. 3/8" O.D. polyflow tubing. You would be fine if you didn't use any plastic tubing at all. It just covers the threads on the bolts and looks sexy. Not at all necessary.

The slots are about 1" wide. I made each slot long enough that the hook of a bungee would slip through either side.

I do. Then I pour 16oz into each of these bottles. These bottles don't spill if you only fill them half way. Those 4 bottles are about 3 years old and I just keep refilling them. I like having the stuff in a bottle with OEM labeling.

I did the same thing, just a 2x6 with beveled the lower corners. I just use it in the back to keep from having to crawl under the tonneau cover.

I was just looking in the bed of my new super duty trying to figure out how to cut these boards. The slots (*****) up front have a much larger radius curve in them than the ones behind the wheel well. Did you just use trial and error, or do you have a good way of creating a template? I thought once I got it figured out, I might draw up a template in CAD and post a picture for everyone else to use. Print it to full scale, overlay, mark and cut.

I love the idea of bed-lining it. Hadn't thought of that. I'm planning on bed-lining the bed anyway. I'll just wait until the ***** are made and coat them too.

For sizing up the radius a bit of cardboard would work well. Once you have a
fair fit you can make a more accrete one to cut from.
