"NOTE: FueLab pumps require a MINIMUM fuel feed line size of 5/8". Use of a large diameter fuel tank pickup (like our 5/8" Pickup Kit) and appropriately sized fuel line HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Improper fuel line size can lead to pump damage and is not covered by the FueLab Limited Warranty."
That's what I thought. The Fuel Lab seems to be the way to go, but it seems like you would have to drop the tank again to put in the new 5/8" pickup and then get new fittings for your pre pump filter and then the 5/8" line. Or that's what I would have to do on my setup, not sure what kind of setup you have.

what did you end up getting it for and how did he say it would compare to the stock pump? im looking to get one for the "in case" mine goes out...........
Just wanted to say Clay is top notched fo sho. At absolutely no fault of Clay's, someone dropped the wrong pump in the correct box. So, I got the wrong pump. Clay was all over it from the start. All the way to calling me within minutes of me installing the correct pump this evening. Dude was soo on it, I didn't even have a chance to call him to say I received the correct pump and truck was running great before my cell was ringing with Clay asking if everything was cool. Did I mention Clay was all over this from the start?
I have more to follow up on Dan's pic above and a part number discussion. I just don't have time right now.
