i would bet its the glow plug relay mine did about the same thing i went the first winter and half the next summer after i bought my truck having to plug it in all the time and sometimes i would forget yea that sucked put a gpr in now it starts instanly every time

Well he and I were in the truck and im slowly convincing him not to pull the valve covers off yet, because the volt meter stayed low for probly 5 seconds. So I said relays out on this thing, and he said ya i didnt hear it click like it should. So I'll nlet yall know whats the skinny on it, when he fixs it, (I hope soon because all of the smoke in the back yard cant be good for the grass

I believe the GP's stay on for 1-2 minutes. When you hear that audible "CLICK" when the WTS light goes out it is not the GPR openning. If you start it and watch your gauge it will bump up in to a normal reading after about 1-2 minutes (if the GP's are actually engaged at start up).
