The above info is from the FTE decoder @ https://www.ford-trucks.com/vin-decoder/index.php

My book says that "H" is the code for the 351- probably the 351W in 1979.

I would checkout the Lariat part. All Lariats came with the race track moulding. I don't see it in your pictures.

F14HBDE0108

F14 - F150 4WD
H - 351M 2v
B - Oakville, ON, Canada assembly plant
DE0108 - September 1978

The warranty plate is incomplete, so I will decode what was provided.

COLOR: 1 = Maroon Metallic
AXLE: 162 = 16: Ford 3750 lbs capacity rear axle, 3.50 ratio. 2 = with roll bar, manual steering.
TYPE: F140 - F150 4WD, 6050 GVW.
BODY: KD4 - KD - K- Ranger Lariat, red vinyl & cloth bench seat. D - Red interior color. 4- Styleside box.
DSO: 11 - Boston, Mass. sales district

=======

As the other poster stated, all Lariats came with wide body moulding and race track moulding. The color code only shows 1, so it means it was a tu-tone delete option.
