My ICP was oily though which let me know it was shot. New ones aren't cheap though. I believe mine was $130 or so.
Well for the effort involved it sure as hell can't hurt.

Just following up
It ended up being a bad High pressure oil pump, HPOP. Low pressure pump checked out ok and so did all other test. $1900.00 later it runs better than it has in years. Expensive but I was just in a car accident and was rear ended. I just couldn't do it myself. Thanks again for the help.
