I don't have any pics, but I did put a B&M t handle (similar to hurst) on mine. There is a hole at the top of the shaft I tapped to accept a 3/8 all thread. Glad I did it and wouldn't change for another.

See this is where my problem lies... I don't want something like a t handle because its very "muscle car to me" I don't want aomething "burlwood" its too fancy and won't match and I don't want something to ricey so its hard to pick

I saw on the show "Trick My Truck" where the Chrome Shop Mafia welded a Ka-Bar fighting knife into the shifter for a Marine's big rig. They put it blade down obviously so the handle of the knife was the shifter. Looked pretty cool, but I couldn't find you any pictures.

I saw a shifter handle a while back that looked like the 44 magnum cylinder loaded with bullets. It actually looked pretty cool. If I had a 5 or 6 speed, I'd probably get one.

I'll see if I can find a pic of it again.

Mine only does that in hot weather. I have been tempted to see if a little J.B. weld could fix it.

My shifter on my old 98 Explorer manual did that. I fixed the **** spinning and coming off by just putting a couple little bits of paper in there to wedge it in place. I fixed the middle part spinning with a little dot of Krazy Glue. Redneck, but it worked.

ROFL -- true, that would remove the excuse to buy a new cooler part and play with it instead!

I know a guy that popped the center piece out of the shifter on his f150 and bent a beer cap to fit back in its place......
