Crack in Frame?

Crack in Frame?
I was doing dome degreasing today and found what looks to be a crack. See attached pic. The upper part of the picture is the power steering box. The Radiator is out at the moment. Can I weld that up?

looks to me that its just a rusted coating. i got something similar in the exact same spot.

Its definately a crack. But on the plus side, the frame is boxed there. However a crack still can't be good

well if its defiantly a crack, then weld it up.

The horizontal crack? I would see how deep it is. Probably could just weld it up.

Yes, the crack that goes left to right near the rivet. It goes down to the other part of the frame.

Drill a 1/8 hole at the end of the crack to keep it from spreading then do a good deep penatrating bead
