Door lock actuators
So, the passenger side does the same as the drivers side, using the drivers side button or the passenger side button? It would be strange that both sides would go out at the same time (actuators or buttons) or were the time frames different with your problem (one side working and then both sides not working).
Do you see them when you click on the "view all subscribed threads" link?

I thought the same thing, read here:

They can and will all go out at the same time. Get the set of 4 for $26 and you'll have working door locks in a half hour.
They aren't direct replacements, they are universal actuators and just clamp on to the lock rod. You don't even mess with the factory actuators, just leave them be.

I should have taken pics when I did mine, but I was in a hurry. I think the guy has some instructions on line so you can get a better idea.

I used that kind a few years ago to add door locks to my wife's Honda Accord LXi coupe.
The four-doors came with electrics, the two-doors didn't. It was a hassle to always reach across, so I just added them with a switch in the center console from a Dodge Caravan (it matched the Honda interior).
The only downside that I can see to using that kind on our trucks is that it makes the manual locking and unlocking with the key a bit harder to turn since you have to push and pull the actuator's gear train assembly.

Keith, I am interested in this, I looked at the link, did you get JUST the PDL? What exactly do you get? Do you some how wire into the exisiting door switch or does he give you new ones??
I just got the actuators since the relays and lock buttons were still working. The factory actuators are just 2 wires just like those replacements. Just cut the two wires going to the factory actuators and then splice the new wires into them. Test it first because if the wires are backwards they'll work opposite of lock and unlock. Sorry I don't have a visual reference for you.
