2 ?'s with pics.

hey guys. the pic of the part off my fuel bowl is the plug for the fuel heater. and i have no resistance through it so my fuel heater will not work. any one know what it is called or the part number?

and my 2nd question is... do i have to pull my HPOP to remove this air intake thingy?"the thing with the blue rag in it.<what the heck are those called again?>

mitch the intake will come off without removing the hpop. the bolt closest to the hpop will have a notch in the intake. so when you remove all the bolts (except this one...you will not be able to remove it fully.) pry up the intake and slide to the rear of the engine. i used a thin sharp knife and cut the seal first. im on my phone so i cant help with the fuel heater. good luck bud

Don't bother with the fuel heater. Just leave it the way it is. pull the guts out of the inside.
The fuel gets plenty warm from the engine itself.

i would like to replace it. if wisconsin has another winter like last year i will like to have it. and plus im going wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up north ice fishing this winter. its kinda like having a little extra insurance to me.

This "MAY" be the number that you're looking for (1821712C1 International) but just to be on the safe side........take that sensor with you to the dealer and they will be able to match it.
