I had that code on my #5 cylinder. I was going to replace the injector. I also had a miss at idle, and intermittant bucking/jerking at speed. Before I got to it, my truck died and would not start. I had a bad HPOP, and a bad o-ring on the HP oil rail. Once the HPOP was replaced, the truck ran great, and no more codes have appeared since. I'm assuming the #5 injector was the weakest, and will probably be the first to go. I wasn't happy with a $2101 repair bill though. I'm not saying that this is what is wrong with yours, but I would get a detailed diagnostic done before replacing anything.

I believe that that is year dependent.
