Help Please!
Truck died a few days ago, just talked to the mechanic and he says the following codes are showing
P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0603 Internal Control Module KAM Error
I understand the first one to be the #1 injector, any ideas as to what is causing the p0603 code?

P0263 means you had a misfire on cylinder number #1 which will probably require a new injector. Neither one should have made your truck stall, I would check icp while cranking engine.
Also make sure P0603 does not come back after you clear it or you could have a pcm problem.
