Stand pipe, injector question

Stiction problems in the winter, pulled apart and cleaned #6 and #8 spools installed updated standpipe and dummy plug. #6 contribution/balance code. pulled it apart and stand pipe top unscrewed. I've heard this happens, but how tight do I tighten top 2 parts of stand-pipe together ?
Spent 30 minutes looking for tiny zip ties after figuring out 2 had snapped off the injector wiring and went into head one piece on the ground. 3 in the head. Warning if pulling injectors.

2005 F250 updated stand pipe and dummy plug
I feel like this is an issue, new stand pipe installed then removed. the teflon washer below o-ring has overlapped at the joint. New updated dummy plug did the same.

Nobody has seen these updated plugs do this, obvious the OD white teflon washer is to big. Like to talk to engineer that designed these updated Dummy plugs and Standpipes.
Spring is gone. I'm so screwed, praying its not in the motor. Glad injectors are in searching with flashlight and magnet.
