Have not tested it yet... might try and test it tommorow, but I know that some people are thinking my rev issue (wont rev much past 3300-3400 rpm) is either Fuel Pressure related, or HPOP related... And if its fuel Pressure related, i would think that I would be just doing a shim to fix it.
Check it with a cheap tire gauge... if it's below 50 psi put a BB in. Then check it again and if it's between 50 and 80 you should be good. Mine went from 40 psi before, to 65 psi after the shim. Runs a lot better now.
Well it the gauge (cheapo from walmart) went to about 35 PSI instantly and then started to creep up towards 45 or so after holding it there for about 5-10 seconds.... so I am going to put a bb in and see what happens.
Well i tested the pressure again and now it only is making around 25 pounds... so i took the BB out and now its making like 15-20. Guess Ill be driving the other truck I got today to work and see if I cant figure out this issue tommorow...
Matt you should really try getting a real gauge from what I understand is the cali models already have higher pressures due to the split shot injectors.
just wondering have you cleaned the fpr screen? and have your injector o rings ever been changed ?
