what about the most basic of stuff filters, and oil, fcim i've gone thru so much sh"" on these trucks i should be a guru but alas i am not so to quote an earlier one here is my 02 cents if its smoking under pressure could it be water in fuel how is your egt temps and why did they only replace 2 injectors usually the whole bank needs to be replaced harness leaking or egr pipe also check the glowplug harness these are issues that i had so maybe or not good luck
I think i have it fixed.I returned the truck to stock.Removed the bully dog and do not have any codes for now.Really would like to know why bulldog could not tell me this.

How much you get there? We got 18+ maybe 20 in? I worked around Fredericksburg @ 9 yrs ago, the company I work for has a division in VA. Ever seen American Infrastructure around? We do earthwork, pipe, curb, stone and paving. Also wastewater treatment plants.

Just wanted to put closure to this issue you guys helped with late last year and earlier this year. Now you cna know that your input made a real difference!!
I just started back with my previous company on a contract hourly basis (yeah for the 40% increase in cash flow over my previous salary). I also ran into RD, my buddy, again today.
After he took the printed information from this thread to the dealer and coerced them into letting him show it to the mechanic, the mechanic's response was....
"hmmm.... the troubleshooting and error code procedures will never show the EBP sensor as a culprit to anything, and I have an unused one in my tool box, so let's try it."
The mechanic installed the EBP sensor, my buddy drove the truck home, and hasn't had a problem since (aside from one relatively minor exhaust issue which was simple to fix).
