transmission fluid in fuel tank to clean injectors

I have a f-250 2004 6.0 and i think i have a injector sticking open witch is causing me a start up problem when the motor is cold its like its missing firieing for thirty seconds then all is good the rest of the day, someone told me to put transmission fluid in my tank they say it has detergent that will clean oil build up and sludge. what do you think?

I wouldn't do it. As was mentioned in the other thread you started on this, trans fluid isn't made to be burned.

If you have a sticking injector, it is because of your oil. It is called oil latching (or stiction). High pressure oil actuates your injectors on the 6.0L, not a high pressure fuel pump.
