Nixon did have some good ideas. The thing with prices is that it is mostly supply and demand and what someone is willing to pay is what sets the prices. Nobody is going to cut you a break on a price unless it it to their advantage. Garage sales have low prices because they want to clean the place up and the alternative is throwing it all in the garbage. Low overhead untidy stores can't command the same prices as one on Rodeo Drive. Etc Etc. If you don't want to pay too much stay away from the Stealership and shop around a little. There is usually someplace where they aren't so proud of their merchandise but the quality is still there.

The holes or the plastic trim piece the hole is in?

I can sell you a hole and I'll ship it for free.

What's that hole from? I don't have a hole there.

You might be able to find trim buttons that will go in that hole.

Not yet. I haven't bought a second Exursion yet. Working on it as we speak. But I am definitely getting the FX4 emblems when I do find a nice one with low mileage. They emblems class to the side of the vehicle, just like the Z71 emblems dress up the Suburbans quite well.

Getting back on topic..... I have never had our local dealer charge me double or triple on any part. The fact that some dealers can and do is disturbing news. Thanks to the Internet, I know the MSRP price of a part before I walk in my local dealer to order it. I also know Ed's price and ask my local dealer to match it on larger parts that require high shipping charges. They usually do match the price or come pretty close to it. Granted, they are not real fond of my knowing so much when I do walk in to order a part.

You didn't chew it long enough first.

About three days of chewing, 1/2 hour of drying thereafter, and it will patch a radiator.

Five finger discount at the wrecking yard? You could probably find something at the hardware store also that you could glue on.
