bigger dvd screen

I have the 2004 excursion limited. The DVD player is nice but the screen is so small. I have found 12" and 15" screens I would like to put in. But then I took a closer look at the ex's current set-up. Seems the dvd-player, screen, and rear climate controls are all in the same assembly. Anyone done or seen a way to work around this?

The headrest ones are ok but still pretty small and much more costly then the one 12 or 15".

I installed the headrest screens in mine. Purchased off ebay for $165.00 or so. 7" lcd. Looks great. I have posted pictures of the install. No Problems, and very easy.

At a work computer now. The computer wont let me go to webshots for the link.
