I do not know the DVD players in these things, but typically there is a tiny pin hole you can get a paperclip into that will auto eject anything.
I've never seen the pin hole on a DVD system that was trayless. The DVD in the Ford system is a trayless type. The DVD gets sucked in and pushed out by a roller system. The clip trick only works with the tray since the clip physically "shoves" the tray out of the player.
