Pinging Noise
Hey guys i got a question im getting a pinging noise coming from the motor when accelerating on the road so i keep retarding the timing thinking that should fix it but now its completely retarded and still pinging and when its hot at idle you can here a tap from the left side of the motor as your looking from the front of the vehicle im wondering if it's possibly a lifter thats bad and am also wondering how easy it is to change out lifters since ive never had to do it before
