Need help recognizing noise issue

Hello to all of the members of this forum
Again i am in a need of help.
Last time I have posted a video I have received a help which resulted in a quick fix of the problem
This time it is a sound that comes out somewhere out of flywheel/converter area.
Significant factors are:

-VIBRATES IN GEAR (R or D), NOT IN NEUTRAL

-IT SOUNDS ALMOST LIKE A SCRAP OF LOOSE THIN SHEET METAL VIBRATING OF THE FLYWHEEL TEETH (BROKEN LOOSE PIECES IN CONVERTER, LOOSE RELEASE BEARING ON STARTER ETC)

-LOW or HIGH RPM SAME VIBRATION, CONSISTENCY UPON ACCELERATION. VIBRATION DOES NOT CHANGE SPEED.

-WHEN I HIT FLYWHEEL WHILE RUNING IN GEAR METALIC VIBRATION SLIGHTLY STOPS.

-I HAVE TIGHTEN ALL THE EXTERNAL COOLER LINES. BEFORE THEY WERE TOUCHING THE TRANS TIN SHROUD I DONT THINK IT IS A PROBLEM.

This problem is annoying, and it is getting worst. In the video shown below i am putting car in gear and neutral- listen and please try to help recognize the problem or give me some clues.
Thank You. Bartok

Thanx. I will get under the car and closer inspect the flex plate for movement or grinding marks. I assume it would be good to change a converter at the same time. When flex plate fails which area it usually bangs-grind against: engine block, trans housing etc.
I should alo add that at one point the truck was running low on trans oil. It caused a slip a couple of times, but after leak was patched the trans performs flawlessly. (no OD - 2 wheel drive trans- c6)

Upon brief inspection (see video) flex plate flexes a bit in and out together with a converter. Second location where it moves more is on the converter. Is converter mounted fix or has a minimal flexibility. Or maybe what moves is naturally sheet metal of the converter since i am applying some force to it.

Thank You again, and i dont expect ready answers, just as much info before i decide bring it to the shop. Thank You. B

Alnost sounds like the transmission bump buzzing. The play you show in that second video is normal. The flex plate is somewhat flexible and is supposed to be.

Did you drive the truck recently? Is the fluid level still where it should be?

I noticed with my C6 when I still had it that it can take a little time for the transmission to clear all the air.

What it is- trans bump buzz?
The truck has become my daily for the past couple weeks. My daily driver lost head gasket and has been junked.

Leak came off from external cooler line returns. The oil lost happened maybe 200-300 mile prior to the problem starting, and the vibration might have started days after i have towed flatbed trailer w my vw baja project on highway -65m/h. During that trip trans has slipped once, and i topped it up with additional oil and slow down. Except the noise now works great. Take also in consideration that this is uhaul box body type of the truck, so overall weight is significant, but acceptable. I did maybe additional 500 miles with the noise getting worst. As i say it does not happen in neutral or park, but in gear.
i wonder is some particles (clutches) inside of converter could overheat and loosen up, when it pressurizes upon engage in gear, but i am open for speculations (help)
Thanx.B

I still think you need to look closer at the torque converter to flex plate bolts, and flex plate to crank bolts as well as the flex plate itself.

Prying like that tells absolutely nothing ... You need to physically look, use a dental mirror and inspect the flex plate throughly.

Try to turn the motor back and forth via the flex plate and or torque converter to see if there is any movement between the components... however this does not always work, the pulses in the motor are way sharper than any prying can provide.

Great idea about using dental mirror to inspect i was not sure if i could take any closer look at it inside before removing of the gear box is needed. i will run better inspection and turn flywheel manually. Thanx for sugestions.
