Verry cool. I have a suggestion based upon only having my 05,cc for two months. The wife has tapped a small trailer in the driveway, the trashcans at least twice and yes ran them over after. I myself not used to the turning radi, cant believe im gonna admit this but..... glanced off a pole sign at a buisness had to be 14-18 inch round, well no give pipe. My truck has a ranchhand (was on the truck) THANK GOD I would have had no less than a new bumper and absolutly a new gril at least once, maybe a raditor with the trailer fiasco. Ok long story made really long but If I had a short NOT sarcasm! really cool looking custom one like I see here my wallet would be a chunk lighter. Keepin with the theme that Im making this post too long and trying to offend the craftsman, arent you all missing the pipe that will prevent the deer, trashcan, trailer (ok pole sign), from punching the radiator?

Foul1, so is that "trying" or "not trying" to offend the craftsman? Why did you take the ranch hand off your truck? I love those! Thanks for the reply.

I think what they have built is really cool. DIDNT take off the ranchand and it has saved my bacon at least twice or I would have been replacing the radiator and bumper.

Good point on the radiator, we are going to play with some other designs and will take that in to consideration. I have always liked the 05-07 grille so I decided to keep it unobstructed for aesthetics. And I was just messin with ya, I am sure some people are going to think this thing sucks, or is ugly, its all good. I wanted to see what the feedback would be on it from the guys that love their trucks as much as I do.

Thanks for the reply.

The hellas are just the cheap ones from wal-mart, about $60 a set. But they have held up good so far.

I think if your gonna put lights in the middle you should definately run a bar above for radiator protection. The ranchhand I have for my purposes is overkill. BUT Im not afraid of takin out a big deer. Dont wanna but not scared.

As a light bar it will work fine, looks OK etc etc.

Once you start going to radiator protector etc you are in a whole different arena, and dinky steel tube or pipe will not cut it (but you already know that

Me personally, I have had and love the aluminum bull bars from ARB. They are very strong and very light weight.

Just my 0.02 cents.

Yeah, once we do a taller one with radiator protection it will need more mounting points than just the lower bumper mounts or else it will just fold in on the grille and be useless. We didn't use dinky thin wall on this one, we went with the heavy wall. One thing we want to change is to go with a thicker mount plate. We had that sheet on the plasma cam so we just used it.

And yeah the bull bars are nice, but the 05-07 has so many hard lines on it I always thought the round tube looked out of place on them. I have always liked square tubing more than round, I think it gives a much bolder look (If the angles are right). The bull bars look good on the Dodges though.

Thanks for the reply.

I agree, the large round tubular bull bars on these front ends are like mixing stripes and plaids together.

a good product for my needs would be a radiator protector that will accept 4 lights without obstructing the oem fogs and still have access to the tow hooks, affordably.

Hey,

Thank you guys for all of your feedback, recommendations and interest in our Push Bar. I really just intended to show something we made for our Co. and our trucks cause I was proud of it. I did receive a warning about being careful about how I responded to people with interest in purchasing one without being a vendor.

I have the utmost respect for this site and am proud to be a supporter of it, because of all of the support you guys have given me. I am waiting for a contact from FTE about becoming a Vendor, and don't want to step on any toes until I get it all figured out.

Once I get the Vendor issue figured out I will post some of our new designs and also trucks that we have for sale. Until then please send me a PM with any questions and thank you all for all of your support and recommendations.
