I'm going to take a guess at 100 lb without the transfer case attached.
I took mine out with it attached and there was NO WAY that I would have been able to do it without a jack.
The little tranny in the picture is out of an old VW Fox just for size comparison.
I take those out with my bare hands.

You really think it's that light Dan? I've never pulled one, but staring up at it from under the truck I would have guessed heavier than that.

Looks like it's 235 lbs. I would have guessed closer to 300.
