1966TBIRD,
What kind of alignment changes did you have to make when you added the spring spacers in the front? Being a engineer, I sat down and did some quick trig calculations based on the length of the front beams and the amount of change in height (1.5" is what I was looking to do), and I found that the camber will change by 2 degress by simply raising the truck by 1.5" in the front. Mine came from the factory with the max angle bushings in it (1.5 deg), so I don't see how I could ever get it back right if I raised it. It would take a 3.5 deg bushing to do it!

I put a daystar leveling kit on mine. Simple. They are red spacers that just sit underneath the spring. Didn't need spring compressor. Just jack the truck up somewhere that when you lift it up, the spring is extended out as much as it can. Then the springs just come in and out with no issues at all.

yes you need to get aftermarket camber bushings and they work but my camber is still off by like half a degree or something it's not noticable unless you are doing over 120mph then the truck starts to get a little twitchy but it's a 4wd truck with 33s it shouldn't go over 120 (yes i have had my speedo wrapped all the way to 25mph one time)
