I gotta member that!! So I'm hmm,,, 14 w/28 splines experience?!?! Oh, all this fuzzy math!!Mirrors,,,,, who needs em?!! The CHP WILL pull up beside you if you ignore them,,,,,
on my bike I had, 96 UMC Softail w/96 c.i. SS and twin carbs, the dogone mirrors vibrated SSOOOO bbb bb aaa aa ddd you couldn't see JACK or the CHP when he was trying to pull me over on the 5 @ about 85+ he even asked, " don't you use your da-- mirrors?!" as he was writing....

Do you need the complete mirror, or just the mirror head (D5TZ-17723-A) that could be bought from FoMoCo by itself?
Someone was looking for one of these mirrors a coupla days ago. I found one NOS at a Ford Dealer in the south.
According to the in-house FoMoCo Dealer Parts Locator System (that Mikeo0o0o0 .. sadly .. cannot access), it is still there.
Besides the one NOS complete mirror, there are 13 mirror heads still available from Ford Dealers/obsolete parts vendors.
The mirror head includes the goose-necked arm that attaches it to the mirror brackets.
And, if you need the lower tri-angular shaped bracket (D5TZ-17A736-A) that the mirror head attaches to, I found 2 of these NOS
The upper mirror bracket (that no one has) has a gasket between it and the door (D5TZ-17724-A). I found 13 of these NOS

I need the whole assembly for both sides.
One of my 75's, a F250 Custom 4X4, is the one I drove in high school. It belonged to my grandfather at the time. He left it to my uncle then my uncle left it to me but only after beating the heck out of it. <ostly need a box for it but might also need a 390. It has type 7 mirrors.
The other 75 is a F250 Ranger XLT 2WD that I recently bought for parts and decided it was in too good of shape to part out so now I am fixing both. This one had type 8 mirrorsbut they are missing...
I have looked over all the yards in the area and found none. Kind of funny coz I used to see them on all the camper specials everywhere when I did not need them...
Was hoping to find someone on the list that may have a parts truck with them for sale.
