Good night Dave. I'll be here all night until 6am or 0600 hrs for all you military folks.
BTW, just ordered a Banks exhaust for the 97 F350 7.3L. The Banks sales person gave me last weeks special and dropped the price and free shipping. http://bankspower.com/products/show/101/41
In case you missed what happened. My rear inside passanger side tire (dually) came appart. When that happened, it pulled the tail pipe up and over the tire which broke the exhause off the the down pipe from the turbo. The down pipe is rotted beyond repair. This kit replaces everything. All this happened at about 72mph. It lifted the rear of the truck off the road by 6 inches and rubber went flying everywhere.

I had a similar ride in my first truck. I was going down Rt 9 and I hit a rough cut 2x6 lying in the road. It lifted the rear of the truck off the highway a couple of inches. I just about ***** my pants did a break test and continued down the road. When I got to my buddies beach house I found the 2x6 was still wedged on the rear axle between the spring and the shock pointed forward about six feet. I only think the fact it was a 1-ton Toyota p/u that it didn't rip the axle right out.
