if you get a good kit it should give you everything you need to do it. you may need to get longer brake lines because i don't think anyone gives those in kits.
i know someone who added a 6 or 8 inch lift in a dodge and didnt change a dang thing, the reson im asking cause i can get the leafs from either an auto wrecker for cheap or get em made for cheap but i mean more about my pit man arm and that kinda stuff, brake lines yes ill have to get larger and ill need shocks i guess but its alot cheaper for me to buy springs from these places and shocks and lines then it is to buy a kit online so far
now what about a 4 inch lift? could i just do 4 inch leafs with my homemade leveling kit (which i just built extended shackles) or 2 in back with 2 inch blocks stacked with originals? like whats the best way to do this, and if so with 4 inches do i need extended pitman arm ?
Track bar and longer break lines, your better off getting a good brand name, because the main leaf with the eyes in it will be longer, a four inch on these trucks with bushwacker cut outs, you can run 40's.
oh i mean like theres a shop in my town that will make the exact size of lift i want, i say 4 inches when all said and done they will have a spring made that when its in and sittin normal my truck is 4 inches taller, im running 33's right now and as a college student im poor so tires will eventually come later on and so only the track bar will need to be extended?
