which C6 rebuild kit?

which C6 rebuild kit?
I'm rebuilding a '77 C6 trans and wondering
which rebuild kit to buy.
I've seen both the Transtar and B&M kit recommended.
The Transtar is about $73 at Northern Auto parts,
while the B&M is over $200.
What's the difference? Do they have the same parts?
I planning to put the C6 behind a 400-450 HP 460 engine.
Can a stock C6 with a shift kit handle this HP?
