throttle positoning sensor help?

Keep blowing fuse in panel. OD light goes out and have no throttle. Pulled codes and it says throttle positiong sensor. Is this dificult to replace and where is it at.

It's the thing with wires attached to the go pedal under the dash. Not too hard to replace, but it seems like it's a little pricey. You might look for any shorted wires around there first.
