with some mods. the 99+ transmissions need modifications to mount up. i believe you have to remove the engine adapter plate and make something for the 2 top bolts to mount up to. the 4 sides line up, but without the plate there isnt top bolts.

hmm this is interesting, maybe i could mount my c6 or 435 behind a powerstroke then

only powerstroke im interested in is the 7.3 the rest are unproven or outa my price range.

Got the 'new' plate in...just an FYI, the 95 PS plate would work but lacks 2 holes/casting to bolt it to the motor so it is a weaker setup...or perhaps just not as overkill as the IDI.
