O YA! Got to love the IT! I got a 5" MBRP setup from Clay and went over to Chris(ponyboychris) house to installed the new system. It all went pretty easy, sawzalled the old system out and slide the new system in. The down pipe was easier then expected which was nice and the old system came right out after we cut it in three places. When Chris put on his system he didn't have help, he was saying that with a extra set of hands helped a lot and it did cuz we got it all done in a hour or so. After that, I worked on the inter-cooler pipe that had the insulation on it, this was also easier then expected. The foil came off in big strips and the glue came off after only one application of paint/varnish striper. Took some emery cloth too it and shined it up real nice like, then took some steal wool to the pipe and shined it up even more. Over all I am really happy with the exhaust system and sound. I currently have it ending under the cab and no muffler because I want to terminate it right before the rear wheel. I found a exhaust shop that will weld in 5" pieces. I cant thank Chris enough for his help and expertise. If anyone can rep him, please do!
Love it! Very deep and throaty and you can here the turbo like a jet! I dont know if I want it straight pipe so I am trying it our before I take it in for the finishing touches. I keep the muffler so I can put it on if its too loud. Over all I love it.
Think about what your rear wheel will look like once you start making smoke. Is there any other reason why you want to terminate it in front of the rear wheel or just preference?
EDIT: BTW, it's "MBRP" not "MBPR". Check your sig...

We were also able to do some minor stuff since we were just standing around shootin' the bull. We put a hose on his fuel filter drain, changed his fuel filter, and tidy up some little stuff under the hood. His foil delete was easy as well. It just peeled right off. And yes, two people installing the downpipe is MUCH easier than doing it yourself. He needs gauges next...

Awesome.. I guess we can call that the fuel drain mod, I got one as well, really helps out draining in one spot instead of it hitting everywhere under there and splatering. Reps when I can for hosting and helping...
