I have 5" straight pipe all the way back with exit behind the rear tire. It clears the spare and rear shock by about 1/2" and does not even come close to my B&W turnover ball.

Ive heard a lot of guys complain about soot build up on their wheel when they run the exhaust out before the rear tire, I dont have that problem. I have a 45 connected to the straight run under the truck with a stick of pipe and then another 45 on that that points the smoke away from the tire. Its angles forward just a hair that helps too. If you zoom in on the picture you can see it better, its the best picture I have of it, I was taking my steps off

5" Exhaust
My E99 F350 came with a 5' installed. Works great except it is rubbing against the front right hand inside head of the bolt in the leaf spring.
I can tell it is going to make a hole pretty soon.
I wonder what I need to do with it to get off the bolt and stop rubbing?
