F250/F350 - Front Axle 75W90 1.8L (3.8 pints), Rear axle 75W140 Synthetic 3.3L (6.9 pints), engine oil 15 quarts or 18 quarts if you change the HPOP as well (High Pressure Oil Pump). I'll be changing my HPOP as well on the next oil change, you don't have to, I'm just a bit ****.
Transfer case Mercon ATF 1.9L (2 quarts), trans - 5spd 3.2L (3.4 Quarts) (Mercon ATF Synthetic), 6spd 5.5? (5.8 Quarts), auto 16.1L (17.1 Quarts) to 16.7L (17.7 Quarts) Mercon ATF on all

This is most of the information from the manual, not all but you get the gist.

Two things -- Ford changed the specs on MerconV a couple years back and put out a TSB that we can run it in our trucks now. They also put out a TSB that states to run 75W-140 in the front diff too.

I just did my diff and put the '08 rear diff cover on. Good upgrade -- have a look:

EDIT: Here's a link to where to get it. You'll need longer bolts to do it -- I went with 1 1/2" SS, but had to use an extra washer on a couple. 1 1/4" would be perfect:

Ahh, TY
Well on my next fluid change my whole truck is going Synth. PS is starting to make noise and well I like the longevity and what Synthetic does for these trucks.
