Which way do they go boot up or boot down?

The writing on them should be right side up.

Seems weird, but boot down is correct. I'm **** so when I got mine I actually read the instructions.... crazy, right? Yep, well, I did. Boot down for sure.

Interesting question. Mine are all down but I met with Jeremy tonight in Ohio and he said his instructions said to have the boots up in the back??????

Well, boots down on all four corners on my rig. All writing is right side up.

....Sorry guys....are the Bilstiens really better than the Rancho rs5000's I have now?I'm not sure about the ride as I have nothing else to compare it to,but my Rancho's have only been on about a year and a half and they're already rusting(and I dont go off road and we dont have snow here either).Sorry for the high jack...its over now...lol

i could have swore that the back ones were to be boots up. but you guys are making me wonder now, so it time to go find the flash light and take a look.

yup just got back in from checking and the rear are boots up and the writing is the correct way also. the part number on mine is f4-be5-c296-ho.

Mine are all boots down and the writing is up.

Must be different part numbers. Have never seen Bilsteins with the boots up.

My directions say boots down in the front and boots up in the back. I checked three times when installing them to make sure I wasn't seeing things.. thats the way I got mine..same rear part no# as Jeremy's..
