Transmission Filter Cost
Would like to let anyone know who is contemplating changing their trans canister filter for the 1st. time the price. Motorcraft FT-145 list is $45 I got it for $26 but it should have been only around $2 considering a roll of toilet paper is about a $1 I would not be surprised if Charmin makes the filters for Ford.

NTZ makes the Motorcraft external filter for the TorqShift which can be bought from DieselFiltersOnline.com (link below) for $21.94 delivered to your door. It also includes a o-ring for the filter housing which Motorcraft does not...

You should've held off and bought the SP from dieselfiltersonline at the same time you got the filter.
