O snap, I was at the Desert today. Had my Dads Bronco though, cuz my motor for my wheeler is on the engine stand. Can't go any where really without 4 wheel drive.
I was wondering if you were going to make it down there. I didn't end up making it; couldn't find anyone willing to get their truck muddy, and I didn't want to get stuck with no one there to pull me out.
I'm going to try to make it to the dessert sometime during the week. Or maybe we should have a meet up next weekend if anyone wants to get together.
There was 5 rigs down there. Two broke. One busted a front axle shaft. The other twisted a Dshaft. I tried to stay out of the mud, witch was easy, as there is a lot o snow cover down there still. I don't usually make it down there on the weekdays anymore.
Its a atv/offroad vehicle area. Just a warning, if you play in the mud, some of the holes are WAY deeper than they look. 44s have been stuck in more than one hole down there.

Sounds like a good time. Did you guys by chance get any vid or pics from the outing?
If I end up going out during the week I will just scope it out and not get to crazy. I will save the real wheeling for the weekends when I have more time to dig out if needed. lol
Trey, You should get some $$ together and come up this weekend. It will probably be the best 75 bones spent all spring It's to bad your so far away.
i know! i checked my balance this mornin and its at 48 and 56 cents... with a $25 check that hasnt been cashed yet... if i had 200 bucks lyin around id come up for sure. (of course, i really dont know if $200 would be enough at 9 mpg...)
