You can get acrylic paint with ceramic particles in it, but that's not the same thing as ceramic coatings, and it doesn't have nearly the same insulation or heat resistant characteristics as the ceramic coating.

Ron (Ron's Power Stroke) did his up-pipes with some spray on ceramic coating. After spraying it on he had to bake them at like 350 degrees. How long I forget. Each coat needed to be baked. And it comes in different colors.

Izzy I had one of those things when I was a kid, I completely forgot about those things.
You could set it next to a table lamp and it would move.
Set it in the sunshine and it would turn a lot faster.
