Nathan, Warn makes a full floater kit for the Ford 9". Some say it's too pricey but if you want the extra strength and don't want to swap in a Dana 60 it's a good way to get what you want. Good luck.

Nathan, if you could, please post if/where you find these with the kit #, I went in search of and could only find the full-float kit for '77 and earlier Bronc's with the smaller track width and, of course, for the 9" drag racing rears. Thanks, Chuck
I found them on Warns web site(you have to dig through all of the Jeep crap to find it). Kinda pricey:-X23 Id sure like to have the kit in my hands to evaluate the quality before buying.
Big thanks Nathan, I be going there now to check it out, I did look about a year or more ago and had only found the narrow Bronc kits. As far as quality, Warn has an outstanding rep for durability and ruggedness, plus the fact that off-road products is really all they do. They also stand behind their products completely after the sale. As far as price, I've looked at other aftermarket axles (mine are original with 250K, runnin' 35's) and most are in the $300-450 range depending, if they have the bearings included and not on or have them pressed and ready to bolt in. These were all from companies like Currie or Strange. When/if I go with the Warn kit, I'll let you know what I think of it. Thanks again! Chuck
