Yes. Argent is french for Silver, but is also the name of the color Ford painted their wheels, bumpers, or anything that got silver paint.

And yes the argent painted wheels got the bright hubcaps, Although I do not have a picture of them.

They are listed in the brochure under wheel and cover options, as Hubcaps-Bright (Custom)
