original wheels?

original wheels?
I was wondering if the rims that came with my truck are original from the factory(1980) Its a f150 reg cab 2 wheel drive. The truck is definetly a base model. The rims look to have original white paint on them. I think they may be the ones that came with the 10 inch bowl caps? Anyone got some pics or a link of original wheels handy.

Not to sound like an ***,but there are alot of members on our forums,and not all of us can remember what each person's truck looks like.If you could post a pic of your truck,then we can probably answer your question alot better.Thanks.

Here are the standard wheel, with the standard hub caps on this 1981 F-100.
The hubcap shown was used since 1973 and was standard equipment on all F-100 and F-150's untill at least 1982..
The wheels are painted white, and the caps are painted argent, and has the words "Ford Motor Company" written in a circle in the center, with a black circle going around the edge.

Here is the closeup of the standard steel wheel. 5x5.5
Mine are painted black originally because my truck has the sport wheel cover option, but white is the standard base color. They can also be painted argent for the bright hubcaps option.

When I got my truck,the wheels looked like this.One of the wheels seemed to be a silver color(argent?).The rest were rust colored.The right rear wheel is the silver one.Would my truck have come with the bright dog dishes?

Thanks guys, Thats what I was looking for... I guess I'll start looking for a set dog bowls. Sand blast the wheels and I'll be on my way. Restorationville? Anybody looking at given theres up?

Let me know if you come up with a set or more, Stosh, condition doesn't matter all that much, but of course everyone likes a nice set of wheels. Lmc s got em but I dont think they're original and thats what I'm looking for.
