vacuum pulley?

vacuum pulley?
hey guys, im replacing my vacuum pump i notice the vacuum pulley wobbles pretty good do i need to replace the pulley to or is it wobbling from the pump being bad thanks in advance.

the pulley typically does not bend. i have not had one go bad. i changed roughly 26 per year and never had a problem on the e-series.
