upgrade wheel question

I found a 17x9" 5 on 135 bolt pattern wheel but I do not know if it will fit. It has 4.53" backspace and -12mm offset...Will it stick out? how much? will it rub? Any help would be nice.. I drive a 2002 F150 4wd
