Throwing lots of codes...

First I have to say I am addicted to this forum...lots of useful info...Im trying to help out a friend with his 2003 Expedition with the 4.6...Its has roughly about 80,000 miles on and its throwing six different codes:
0136..heated O2 sensor circuit malf. ( Bank 1 sensor 1)
0156..heated O2 sensor circuit malf. ( Bank 2 sensor 1)
0171..system too lean ( Bank 1)
0406..EGR sensor A circuit high input
1131..Lack of HO2S11 switch ( sensor indicates lean)
1151..Lack of HO2S21 switch ( sensor indicates lean

Now Ive been reading on here for about a week now and Im starting to think it is either a egr problem, dpfe, or really dirty intake ports. The problem is that it almost dies when trying to idle and while trying to stop, the brakes will go straight to the floor...Now I could be WAY off hence the post...lol...I just wanted to see if Im headed in the right direction with a fix or if I am missing something....Thanks in advance for any help I can get...

Well I figured out the problem...combination between the egr and the 90 degree vacuum line coming off the back of the throttlebody...The line had colapsed and had a small tear which was throwing everything out of wack...
