What are you working on? Assume that it is a king pin Dana 60?
What did you use to install this under the current vehicle? Have you perfrpmed a shackle reversal yet?
Trac bar could be loose, or the caster is off. Where is the caster set at?

im gonna try the shimming today and make sure my kingpins are tight
Shimming the king pins could be where the problem is, especially if the boggers are getting some wear on them. 40 Inchers are pretty big and have some weight that requires some control. If they start to wear funny, they can move a lot once they get spinning.
I noticed a fair amount of runnout on one set of boggers, and I simply broke than down, rotated them on the bead and re seated them. Small fix but too k care of similar issues on one of my rides. This type of tuning take some patience and time.
Be carefull when installing some shims under your D60 king pin cap. This can happen if you are not careful:

A stock steering arm can be cut and modified to become a much better spring cap:

It will look like this when complete. No flex and a far better seal here:

I'd be lookin at that trac bar and related componets. Have a friend come over and push on side of truck and verify that their isn't any movement in trac bar system. Also do a floor jack up and down and watch for movement. Have your friend do the moves up and down while you watch the little things. Been their and done problem and big tires find your weak links. Good luck!
thanks for the info guys i shimmed the king pins and my death wobble is gone finally when i first did i i thought you guys said to put 4 on each side not 4 all together so i tryed it and couldnt get the cap to go down so i took two out and put 2 on each side and it works perfectly
thanks for all the help
