What's it worth?
Im looking at a used tailgate off of a 92 F-150 Lariat. Has a small dent about 4'' long and about 3/8 wide where wrecker cable got it. Other than that it is in good shape. The chrome/black trim is not what is supposed to be on my '90 but would be better than no tailgate. I've been looking for a while and haven't found any used gates that aren't beat up.This gate also has bed liner on the inside.Guy wants $75.00 for it.

That sounds like it's worth the money if it is rust-free. Around here, if you could even find a rust-free one, a decent tailgate can bring a couple of hundred bucks easy. Hell, the XLT chrome trim alone in good shape would bring what you are paying for the whole works.
