Fault code PO123

Okay, I've tried all that I know. Even searched on here before I posted this thread. Here is the issue...

Check Engine light comes on
OBDII reader says PO123
PO123 = TPS
Replaced TPS
Reset/erased code
after about 15 min, check engine light re-appears
Check, same code PO123
erased and same result
Check wiring, cleaned connectors all good
Cleaned AFS
Result... same
Go to Ford Truck Forums and seek help!

Any ideas? I'm open to suggestions!

You may want to check the D P F E sensor

It's a 98 5.4L w/auto 4.4 E.B. package.

Is there a diagram somewhere showing the location. I am hearing a slight exhaust leak, could that be coming from there? If so, it may be broken/leaking causing the whole thing.

That link isn't even about a Ford system. I'm pretty sure it's not going to help....

Here is the first step of the diagnostic for the exact vehicle in question:
