What is the intercooler noise dampener delete and the higher pressure fuel pressure spring?

I found information some where that if you replace the spring with a slightly more stout spring or shim the fuel pressure spring then you can increase the fuel pressure by about 10 to 20 lbs, there by increasing torque and hp.
Intercooler Noise Dampener Delete is just removing th aluminum foil from the intercooler pipes. Maybe it would sound better if I put it that way.

Intercooler Noise Dampener Delete sounds pretty delete. Sounds much more legit than "foil delete"

You better get a fuel PSI gauge, and don't let it get above 70lbs IIRC.

whats optimal fuel pressure? i got my gauge installed this weekend and its right at 60.

Yea, probably need to hold off on that one as well. I should add fuel pressure gauge to my gauge list.
