Backup Camera Problems

Has anyone had problems with the backup camera?

I am getting a mostly white screen with some static. I've checked the connections, wiggled the wires, etc. but to no avail.

I've had the truck about 4 months now, and 5,000 miles, everything else is great.

Sounds funny, but i'm really used to having it, and parking without it sucks.

My backup camera is out of alignment. Seems there are a number of issues with the camera.
Good luck getting your issue resolved. I have had no luck with my issue and rather than pay a shop, I prefer, if possible, to correct the alignment.

Is your truck not within the 3/36 warranty from Ford? It should be covered is within the warranty. It also sounds like a camera issue as there is no alignment for the cams.

Camera is probably bad. You are probably not going to like the price for a new camera from Ford. Price is probably over $300.00.

Then get it to the dealer. There is clearly something wrong with the camera. Well, maybe not clearly. Anyway, yeah, use that warranty. That's what it's for.
