yeah. im goin for some barns and garages today. then its off to the racetrack. funny u mention house hunting, cause i actually looked at a house last week around the corner (literally) from me. i could have walked across the street, through my neighbors back yard, and would have been in that houses backyard. the house was a bank owned property and they were askin $80k. after a tour i determined it was worth about $20k. large hole in the cement floor where someone went jackhammer crazy, it only had a crapper and a shower in the bathroom., and only 2 rooms were livable, the others all had there ceilings ripped down. and the garage wasnt tall enough for my truck or my bros explorer. oh, and there was no siding. we found out from a neighbor that the house froze up last winter, so there goes the furnace and piping. all kinds of contractors are bidding on it, and im sure theyllflipit and turn a nice profit.
